2 chicken breasts (precooked), seasoned with
cardamom, salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
corn flakes
Mix together all ingredients, except the corn
flakes in a 9x 13 casserole dish. Top with a nice layer of corn
flakes. Cover Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
