Morocan Chicken

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Ingredients:
8 small chicken breasts
3 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
2 t. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 t. tumeric
2 t. salt

Mix the spices, oil and juice together in a small bowl and brush over chicken after laying them on the pan. Cook for about 1 hour or until done (160 degrees internal temperature).

We served it with rice and California blend veggies. It was wonderful!
