I love the movie Down and Derby. It is so funny I ended up with stomach cramps from laughing so hard all the way through it! It is a hilarious movie about daddy's going overboard over the Pinewood Derby to avenge themselves from a derby arch nemesis, only now they are adults. Their sons are completely left out of it and frankly don't really care about it! All the wives end up leaving the guys for the weekend because they are unshowered, sloppy, and only focused on one thing- the perfect derby car for the pinewood derby!
Tonight Ben is working with Benjamin on his pinewood derby car. We got our car last minute due to Stake conference, etc., etc. So, I write this blog entry with pounding ringing loudly in my ears as "big" Ben hammers the weights onto the bottom of the car.
After the big race tomorrow I'll share the stats.
